Proof of Consent & Opt-In Terms

1. Overview

This policy explains how KreativTek ("we," "us," or "our") collects, records, and honors your consent (opt-in) to receive communications by SMS text message and other messaging channels. By providing your mobile number and opting in through any of the methods described below, you agree to these Messaging Terms and to our handling of your consent as described here.

We only send messages to people who have knowingly and expressly opted in. Your consent is never assumed, pre-checked, or bundled with another agreement, and it is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us.

2. How we collect & document consent

We collect verifiable proof of consent through one or more of the following methods, and we retain a record of each opt-in:

  • Online forms. When you enter your phone number on our website (for example, on our Get Started or quote forms) and check or confirm the opt-in box agreeing to receive messages.
  • Written or in-person. When you provide your number and agree to receive messages on a signed form, agreement, or service order.
  • Verbal. When you verbally request messages during a call or meeting, which we log with the date, time, and number provided.
  • Text-to-join. When you text a keyword or reply YES to confirm your subscription.

For each opt-in we keep a record of the mobile number, the date and time of consent, the method used, and the specific language you agreed to. These records serve as our proof of consent and are made available to messaging providers and carriers on request for compliance verification.

3. Types of messages you may receive

  • Account & service notices — order confirmations, billing reminders, renewals, and service or outage notifications.
  • Customer support — replies to your inquiries and updates on open requests.
  • Promotional — offers, news, and updates, sent only if you opted in to marketing messages.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the type of messages you opted into. You may receive messages in response to your actions (such as a confirmation) and periodic updates. We will not send an unreasonable number of messages.

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to any messages you send or receive. KreativTek does not charge for the messages themselves; please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and will not send you further messages unless you opt in again.

8. Privacy & data sharing

We respect your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, phone number, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging providers and subprocessors that help us deliver these communications, and only as needed to send the messages you requested.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided, and able to consent to these terms in order to opt in.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
